OUR KITCHEN
I have always opted for cooking with magic. I would not hesitate to order our Madrid-style Tripe or Grandma Juani's Pisto, who at 83 years old, makes those traditional dishes and thus discover in those flavors of yesteryear that so many memories can bring back to us.
